We all respond to stress in different ways. The trick is to find ways that let us release stress so that it doesn’t become a negative in our lives.
Big time symptoms – heart attacks, stroke and even some cancers – are events caused in part by a body that is losing at the flight-or-fight syndrome that stress creates and ultimately cause problems in our internal biologic systems.
Here are three practices that can help reduce stress:
– Body rolling
– Meditation and yoga
